Affiliate & Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
The referral (including affiliate) program ("Program") is run by Lumehra ("we", "us", "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our general Terms of Service. These Terms are subject to change by Lumehra at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
Eligibility:
You must be a legal resident of the Canada or United States and 18 years of age or older to participate in the Program. Our employees, partners, contractors, and immediate family members of such individuals are not eligible to participate.
How the Program Works:
For every new customer you refer to us who makes a purchase on our website using your unique referral link, we will credit your account with a 15% reward ("Referral Reward"). The new customer also receives a 10% reward ("Friend Reward") to be used towards their first purchase.
Referral Rewards:
Referral Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise outside of our website. Referral Rewards may only be used for purchases on our site and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Friend Rewards:
Friend Rewards can only be redeemed by new customers who have never made a purchase on our website. The Friend Reward will be automatically applied to the first purchase they make.
Limitations:
You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to receive additional rewards. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any accrued rewards. We reserve the right to limit the number of referrals you can make and the total amount of Referral Rewards you can earn.
Privacy:
Participation in the Program requires sharing personal information with us which will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms of Service. The decisions made by us are final and binding.
